Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of product, we do not offer returns or exchanges only refunds or replacements. Should you have any complaint about the product - please get in touch and we will address any concerns you raise. We wont keep your money if you are unhappy with the product, please reach out. Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Secrets of Uganda is not responsible for delays due to customs. We apologies we cannot be of more help and hope you understand our limitations in this regard. Thank you.

Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days and should arrive to you within 7 to 14 days. Secrets of Uganda primarily ships with Canada Post. We are not responsible for any delays during shipment by Canada Post and its affiliates such as USPS. We however support buyers in every way possible to track items that may not arrive or are exceptionally delayed. All shipments are insured so please do get in touch with us within 14 days if the product arrives damaged. Thank you.
